We Lead

We Lead is a flagship leadership development program by SWAG Initiative that supports adolescent girls across Nigeria to become confident, skilled, and visionary leaders.

Key Activities

• Leadership training camps and workshops
• Public speaking and advocacy skill development
• Policy engagement and youth representation
• Mentorship pairing with established women leaders
• Community-based advocacy projects led by girls

We Lead has supported 36 adolescent girl advocates from across the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria.
